A.Hawk 8-14Adam has over 15 years of leadership experience across a variety of industries with heavy emphasis in real estate and finance. He has consulted with small business, non-profits, Wall Street private equity firms and Fortune’s top 100 companies.  His past clients include Wal-Mart Stores, Inc, Tyson Foods, McKee Foods, Heifer International, Proctor and Gamble, Petersen Hasting Wealth Management, InteliSecure. Areas of focus include Executive Coaching, Strategic Team Alignment, Team Development, Succession Planning,Group Facilitation and Executive and Leadership Development.

Adam’s systems lens allows him to work with individuals and teams to better understand their impact on the culture and organization and make adjustments to thrive and positively influence their environment. He works with leaders and teams to develop greater self-awareness and take ownership over their path of influence.

Experience includes:

  • Principal of RENU Management led national team acquiring over $250M in assets for publically traded REITs, private equity and family offices. He developed a cohesive team of brokers across the country working as one team in multiple locations.
  • CP Morgan Communities, the nation’s 7th largest private home builder at the time, where he led the Carolinas based land acquisition and market strategy team acquiring and managing over $40M of assets on an annual basis. Crossed departmental lines to strategically align regional office to achieve objectives.
  • The Advisory Group coaching corporate trainers and facilitators through the implementation of their business models, program development and implementation.
  • Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics. He worked closely with the leadership team to develop and deliver leadership, organizational, team development and strategic planning programs and services to corporations around the world. He specialized in designing unique experiences resulting in greater self and team awareness and goal achievement.

Adam holds an MBA and a Masters’ Degree in Clinical Counseling, allowing him to join the worlds of business, professional and personal development.

Adam and his wife Lana enjoy traveling the world, running, cycling, triathlon and the many adventures offered through the great outdoors from their home in Denver, CO.
